Schools

We work with local schools to teach children and young people about refugees and the work we do here at the Rural Refugee Network.

Playing a video in assembly, like the one below, can help children and young people gain a better understanding of what it means to be a refugee in the UK. Or invite our knowledgable and enthusiastic volunteers in to run an assembly or workshop.

If you are from a primary or secondary school in Hampshire, Portsmouth or West Sussex, we’d love to hear you – email hello@ruralrefugeenetwork.org to register your interest.
